Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace. This includes the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. There are no shared spaces inside the apartment.
Building access is through the main entrance with elevator access to the apartment floor. Self check-in details will be shared prior to arrival for a smooth and convenient experience.
Other things to note
The property is located near the railway line. Premium sound-insulated windows are installed to minimize noise and ensure guest comfort. Most guests find the sound to be minimal.
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the apartment or common areas. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace, with proper disposal of cigarette butts requested.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable. Please feel free to reach out in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We kindly encourage guests to conserve resources. Please switch off lights, appliances, and air conditioning when not in use, and close doors and windows when cooling is running.
