- Smoking of cigarettes, hookah, e-cigarettes, vaping devices or any other smoking devices is strictly prohibited inside the apartments, rooms, washrooms, lift lobby and common indoor areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas, wherever specifically allowed by the management. Guests are requested not to throw cigarette butts, ash or other waste on the floor, outside railings or in surrounding areas and must dispose of the same only in the ashtrays provided. Any violation of the smoking policy may attract a penalty of Rs.10,000. Management also reserves the right to terminate the reservation and ask guests to vacate the premises without any refund for the remaining stay period.

- Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to prior approval, availability and additional charges.
- Unauthorized late check-outs beyond the approved time may attract charges of Rs.2,000 per hour or part thereof.
- Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are requested to maintain low noise levels during these hours.
- Guests are not permitted to invite outside visitors or day guests during their stay without prior approval.
- Parties, loud gatherings and events are strictly prohibited.
- Illegal activities including consumption or possession of drugs, narcotics, firearms, weapons or any unlawful substances are strictly prohibited and may be reported to local authorities.
- Valid government-issued photo ID with address proof is mandatory for all guests before check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as ID proof.
- Guests are requested to take care of their valuables. Management shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Towels and bedsheets are not replaced daily and are generally refreshed after every 4 nights of stay or where reasonably required.
- Housekeeping staff should be permitted access for basic cleaning and maintenance at least once every two days between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
- Guests are requested to dispose of waste responsibly in designated bins and not in common areas.
- Guests are requested to switch off lights, air-conditioning and appliances while leaving the apartment and ensure doors/windows are locked properly.
- Appliances and equipment should be used responsibly and as instructed. Guests must promptly report any malfunction or damage.
- Complimentary WiFi is provided for lawful and responsible use only. Illegal downloading, streaming or misuse of internet services is prohibited.
- Guests are requested to treat the apartment, furniture, linen, appliances and staff respectfully. Additional charges may apply in case of damage, misuse or excessive cleaning requirements.
- Rudraya Homes reserves the right to refuse booking, deny check-in or terminate a stay in case of violation of policies, inappropriate conduct or nuisance caused to neighbours or staff.
