The space
This is a thoughtfully designed 305 sq ft compact 1BHK apartment located on the 2nd floor of a secure building in Khar West. The apartment features a separate private bedroom and a living area with a sofa-cum-bed, making it suitable for up to 3 guests.

There is one full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette for basic cooking. The space also includes a dedicated workspace and high-speed WiFi, making it ideal for business or extended stays. Lift access is available in the building.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire 1BHK apartment, including the bedroom, living area, bathroom and kitchenette. There are no shared spaces inside the apartment. Lift access is available in the building and self check-in is provided for convenience.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Guests may use the designated terrace area on the 8th and 9th floors for smoking. Kindly dispose of cigarette buds only in the ashtray provided to ensure safety and prevent any hazard to lower floors.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE -

The building is located near railway tracks, which is common in Mumbai. We have installed sound-insulated windows to minimise noise, and most guests find it comfortable. However, very light sleepers may occasionally notice train movement during peak hours.

Please note this is a compact 305 sq ft 1BHK thoughtfully designed for efficient use of space. It is ideal for up to 2–3 guests and may feel compact for larger groups.

This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted only in the designated terrace areas (8th & 9th floor). Kindly use the ashtrays provided.

Visitors are not allowed without prior intimation and approval. Valid government ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.
