Check-in starts from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM sharp.

Yes, subject to availability, prior approval and additional charges.

Yes, self check-in is available after successful ID verification and payment confirmation.
4 Is ID proof mandatory?
Yes, valid government-issued ID proof with address is mandatory for all guests. PAN cards are not accepted.
5 Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking, hookah, vaping and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the property and lift lobby areas.
6 Are parties or gatherings allowed?
No. Parties, stag groups and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.
7 Can guests invite visitors?
Outside visitors or day guests are permitted with prior approval.
8 Is WiFi available?
Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available in all apartments.
9 Is housekeeping provided?
Yes, housekeeping is provided during designated daytime hours.
10 How often are towels and bedsheets changed?
Fresh towels and bedsheets are generally provided after every 4 nights or as reasonably required.

Parking availability may vary depending on the apartment booked. Please check in advance.
13 Is the property located near the railway line?
Rudraya Homes, Shiv Om – Khar West is located near the railway line. High-quality sound-insulated windows have been installed across the apartments to significantly reduce outside noise. However, occasional sound from passing trains may still be audible at times. Most guests are comfortable during their stay, however guests who are extremely sensitive to sound are requested to consider this before booking.
