Management reserves the right to deny accommodation, cancel bookings or remove guests without refund in case of policy violations, nuisance, illegal activities or security concerns.
Rudraya Homes shall not be liable for interruption of services due to maintenance, utility issues, internet downtime, force majeure events or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Guests shall be liable for any damage caused to the apartment, furnishings, appliances or common areas during their stay.
Guests acknowledge that Rudraya Homes property in Shiv Om – Khar West, Mumbai is located in a well-connected urban area near the railway line. Certain apartments may experience occasional railway-related noise despite high-quality sound-insulated windows installed at the property. Most guests are comfortable during their stay, however guests who are extremely sensitive to sound are requested to consider this before booking. By confirming a booking, guests accept the location characteristics of the property.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
