- Rudraya Homes shall not be liable for interruption of services due to maintenance, utility issues, internet downtime, force majeure events or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Guests shall be liable for any damage caused to the apartment, furnishings, appliances or common areas during their stay.
- Guests acknowledge that Rudraya Homes property in Shiv Om – Khar West, Mumbai is located in a well-connected urban area near the railway line. Certain apartments may experience occasional railway-related noise despite high-quality sound-insulated windows installed at the property. Most guests are comfortable during their stay, however guests who are extremely sensitive to sound are requested to consider this before booking. By confirming a booking, guests accept the location characteristics of the property.
